Our mission is to help women and girls understand that “female like” symptoms are a sign that your whole body is out of balance, not just your female parts. The female body is more than a collection of organs and systems to be treated separately as problems arise, instead it needs to be addressed as a whole. Its many amazing systems work together, react to each other, and are impacted daily by many things, including stress levels. It is your understanding of this fact, that will help us work together to solve your problems and acheive your health goals. We aim:
To educate women about the the effects various lifestyle, genetic, and environmental factors have on their hormones and monthly cycle
To help women trust in their bodies ability to regain health and vitality
To empower women to take control of their health by first using options that are natural, safe, non-invasive, and with minimal to no side effects before escalating to stonger medications
What We Do
We provide a model of gynecologic care unique to this geographical area and offer a depth of knowledge with regards to integrative hormonal treatment solutions, which is lacking from most traditional gynecologic providers.
Our Approach
The integrative gynecologic approach values women, time, teaching, and thoroughness. Typically, hormonal imbalances do not occur overnight from a single cause, but instead result from many factors that have accumulated during your life- producing symptoms. We must take the time and work together to review all areas of your life, identify your key imbalances, and uncover the contributing factors. It is only then that an effective treatment plan can be made.
