Insurance Information

We do not take insurance, therefore payment is expected at the time of service. Patients may chose to submit the visit to their insurance company under their “out of network provider” benefits. Woman Wise Integrative Gynecology does not submit to your insurance company on your behalf.

You will receive a “superbill” document for your visit to submit to your insurance company. This will have all the information necessary to process your claim for reimbursement.

Most insurance companies will cover one annual well woman gynecologic exam with pap smear screening per year.

For your convenience, our practice uses the CharmHealth Electronic Health system. Once you receive your patient portal invite and create your account, you will be able to log into the portal to upload documents (labs, records, insurance cards etc.), send the practice messages, schedule and see your appointments, and much more.

Patient Dispensary for Online Supplements

Patients will receive an invitation from Woman Wise Integrative Gynecology’s account with either Wellevate, Fullscript, or both.  Once you register, you will be able to buy professional quality supplements using Kathy’s generous practitioner discount. She does not make any profit off your purchase, but instead passes the full discount on to you.

It is highly recommended you obtain your supplements this way.  It ensures you are getting the exact product and dosing that Kathy recommends. Supplements can be expensive and the cost savings & quality is a great benefit to you. Once logged into your account, you will be able to access the supplements that Kathy has prescribed for you.

If you choose not to use the dispensary, it is recommended that you do not purchase supplements from Amazon. There is no guarantee you are not receiving a product that is counterfeit or was stored and transported under the proper conditions.  A health food store would be a safer choice.
